Important Notes

  • Possible Delays: Due to the current health crisis, Australia Post is experiencing delays in delivery to Victoria. For more information, please visit the Australia Post COVID-19 Impacts page.
  • Order Handling Time: Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before noon AEST will usually be dispatched the same day.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 2 PM for same-day dispatch.

Pickup Information

  • Pickup Location: You can schedule a pickup from our store located at:Unit 4, 462 Haughton Road, Clayton South, 3169, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
  • Pickup Method: Order online and select your pickup time or visit the store directly.

Order Management

  • Cancelling an Order: You can cancel your order after receiving the confirmation email, provided it has not yet shipped. Full refunds will be issued for unshipped orders.
  • Changing the Delivery Address: Address changes can be requested until the order is shipped. After shipping, please contact the shipping company directly.

Lost Packages

  • All orders are sent with tracking and require a signature upon delivery. If a package is lost by the shipping company, a full refund will be issued. If tracking shows the package was delivered, we cannot process a refund.

Delivery Issues

  • Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable for delivery, please instruct the courier to leave the package. Note that this will void liability for loss or damage.
  • Rejected by Receiver: Ensure that the recipient is aware of any gifts to avoid rejection. Re-delivery costs will apply for returned parcels.
